Returns Policy:

LaElle will refund any items you are not completely happy with, provided they are returned to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt or 7 days if it is a sale item. All refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. All returns must be shipped in original packaging. Customer will be responsible for the cost of the return and must be returned using a tracked shipping method. Please send an email beforehand to : laellejewellery@hotmail.com and we will be happy to help 

There is a £5.00 admin fee for any returned items or cancelled orders. This will be deducted from your refund amount. This admin fee covers our fees for returns. 

Earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Personalised items are also non returnable.

If you have received a faulty item please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the problem.

When you are purchasing from LaElle jewellery you are automatically agreeing to our terms and conditions 

Shipping 

Our dispatch turnaround is 7-10 working days and then a further 24-48 hour of which delivery service you choose to go with.

we aim to get our orders sent out before our 7 day turnaround however when we have high numbers of orders we go by our 7-10 days.

If you need your order urgently please email or whatsapp us to let us know.

When choosing tracked 48 & 24 postage please be aware that Laelle jewellery is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged goods. If this occurs then the customer will be liable to contact royal mail. 

If you choose special delivery your parcel will be insured.
